REGISTRATION

Two-person team playing 9 holes:  $80 per team ($50 is tax deductible)

Play an additional 9 holes:  $40 per team ($40 is tax-deductible)

Registration will open on June 1, 2010.

FORMAT

• Two person teams - alternating shots - playing 9 holes.
• Three teams per tee time.
• Hole-in-one competition for a boat or a car valued at $15,000 - $30,000.
• Chances to win a prize at every hole for longest putt, closest to pin, and other contests.  Prizes are gift certificates.
• Door prizes will be drawn throughout the day (you do not need to be present to win).
• Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the winning teams for Men, Women, and Mixed Divisions.  Second and third place overall teams awarded prizes.
• Driving range contest - win gift certificates.
• Mulligan sale - buy one mulligan per person for $5.
• You must call the golf course at 763-428-4544 ahead of time to reserve a golf cart.  First come, first served!

RAISE PLEDGES

We've made raising donations easy for you!  To create your own online fundraising page on GiveMN.org, just follow these simple instructions.  Creating this page is easy and fun and gives your friends and family the option of donating online using their credit card.  We also have some sample letters for you to send to potential supporters.  You may also download a printable donation form.

If you raise $75 in pledges your registration fee is waived.  The donations you raise will benefit the training of service dogs.  All donations and pledges are tax-deductible.
