The Helping Paws mission has been steadfast since our non-profit creation in 1988. The organization however evaluates the mission on a regular basis by keeping abreast of industry trends, unique opportunities and community needs. Our core values were created in the new millennium through the collaboration of everyone involved with the organization, so that the message is truly unique to Helping Paws and represents the interests of staff, volunteers, board of directors and graduates.

The mission of Helping Paws is to further the independence of individuals with physical disabilities through the use of service dogs.
